Pros Holdings Inc Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning. I'm Bill Russell, Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of PROS. And I'd like to welcome you to our Annual Meeting of Stockholders, which is being held virtually again this year to permit easy participation by our stockholders. I will be serving as the Chairman of the meeting and the meeting is now called to order.
Firstly, I'd like to take the opportunity to introduce our other members of the Board. They are Carlos Dominguez, Raja Hammoud, Lee Jourdan, Cathie Lesjak, Greg Petersen, Andres Reiner, Tim Williams and Mariette Woestemeyer. This is the first annual meeting since our newest Board member, Lee Jourdan, joined the Board last summer.
As we announced in early April, Mariette Woestemeyer, who founded PROS with her husband Ron in 1985, will be retiring from the Board following this meeting. It has been my professional and personal honor to serve alongside Mariette on the PROS Board for many years. And on behalf of everyone on the Board of Directors, the employees and customers of PROS, I want to say
