My name is Jason Celino, and I am the vertical software analyst here at KeyBanc. I have the greatest pleasure of introducing PROS's CEO, Andres Reiner, and Head of IR, Belinda. Why don't we, for those in the audience on the webcast who may not be familiar with the PROS story, a brief intro backgrounds, the good [jazz]?
Sure. So I'll go ahead and kick us off with an intro. So at PROS, our vision is to optimize every shopping and selling experience. And we do this through a series of solutions on our platform that focus on things like digital offer marketing, revenue management, pricing, and omnichannel selling. We've been doing AI and machine learning for over 37 years. We started in the airline industry in 1985 and then expanded into some B2B verticals in the early 2000s.
Today, we're over $260 million in annual revenue. About 84% of that is recurring as of this quarter and we process 1.8 trillion transactions a year. So to put that in
