Ramsay Health Care Ltd to Acquire 100% of Elysium Healthcare Transcript

I'm absolutely delighted that today we've announced that we've entered into an agreement to acquire Elysium Healthcare, which is a leading acute mental health care business in the U.K. The acquisition is expected to complete during the first quarter of calendar '22.
