All right. Good morning. Welcome to the UBS Investor Conference. I'm Josh Chan, business services analyst here. We're pleased to have Rollins, would kick us off today. They are a $20 billion market cap provider of pest control and termite protection services for residential and commercial customers. With us from Rollins today is Ken Krause, CFO. And I think he has a presentation prepared and after that, we'll have some time for Q&A. So feel free to send in your questions, and I'll be able to pass them along on the iPad here.
