Rollins is a leading provider of pest control and termite services to residential and commercial customers across the U.S. If you look back over the last 20 years, organic growth is kind of hovered in that 3% to 5% range. But over the last several years, organic growth has been considerably higher than that, and that momentum is carried through the most recent quarter here in 2023. We would have expected the growth would have begun to normalize by now, but to our surprise, Rollins continues to be firing on all cylinders, something I hope we can dig into a little bit today.
