Good afternoon, everybody. Thanks for joining us today. I'm Scott Schneeberger, the senior business services analyst at Oppenheimer. It's my pleasure to have the management of Service Corporation International here to speak on the company's investment story. We're drawn to Service Corp.'s leading position in the funeral services and cemetery offerings industry, its opportunity capitalized on the favorable demographics of an aging Baby Boomer population and its strategy to sell preneed contracts to gain advanced market share and garner a backlog to build its trust fund portfolio.
