Good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining us today. I'm Scott Schneeberger, the Senior Business and Consumer Services Analyst at Oppenheimer. So our pleasure to have Service Corp here today to speak on the company's investment story. We're drawn to SCI's leading position in the funeral services and cemetery offerings industry, its opportunity to capitalize on the favorable demographic [cell] an aging baby boomer population and its strategy of providing preneed contracts to gain advanced market share and garner a backlog to build its trust fund portfolio.
