Good morning, and welcome to the Annual Stockholders' Meeting of SmileDirectClub. I'm David Katzman, Chairman of the Board and CEO of SmileDirectClub.
I hope that you and your families are well, and I thank you for joining us on our call today. I officially call this meeting to order.
As the world remains cautious more than a year after the onset of the pandemic, we are hosting our 2021 Annual Meeting virtually, which allows us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of our stockholders.
We will conduct the business portion of our meeting first. And then after the preliminary voting results are announced, we will have a question-and-answer session at the end of the meeting.
I would now like to introduce our Chief Legal Officer, Susan Greenspon Rammelt, who will act as secretary of the meeting.
