Good afternoon. I'm pleased to be able to welcome Stoneridge back again to Deutsche Bank's Global Automotive conference. Stoneridge is an independent designer and manufacturer of highly engineered electrical and electric components, modules and systems, principally for the automotive, commercial vehicle, motorcycle, agricultural and off-highway vehicle markets.
Joining me today will be President and CEO, Jon DeGaynor; EVP and CFO, Bob Krakowiak; and Head of IR and Business Development, Matt Horvath.
