Thank you and good morning. And on behalf of the entire Board, our officers and our employees, I would like to thank you for attending our 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
I'm Jon DeGaynor, President and Chief Executive Officer of Stoneridge. It is my pleasure to welcome you to this year's Annual Meeting of Shareholders. This year, we are holding a virtual annual meeting to address the continuing concerns related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
In addition to concerns related to the pandemic, holding a virtual annual meeting should provide expanded access, improve communication and provide potential cost savings to our shareholders and our company.
