Sirius Real Estate, the leading operator of branded business parks providing conventional and flexible workspace in Germany, has this morning announced a deal, a joint venture, with AXA Investment Management (sic) [AXA Investment Managers] in Germany. A very exciting deal announced this morning by Sirius. Tell us more about it.
Yes. Absolutely. We are very, very pleased to be entering this joint venture with AXA Investment Managers. It effectively is a joint venture 2/3 owned by AXA, 1/3 owned by Sirius. And in addition to that, Sirius will manage the joint venture and the properties within it. It's very interesting because we have seeded the joint venture with 5 properties coming
