Half Year 2022 Sirius Real Estate Ltd Earnings Call Transcript
Good morning, everybody, and welcome to this morning's presentation of Sirius Real Estate's interim results for the period ending 30th of September 2021. My name is Andrew Coombs. I'm the Chief Executive Officer for the Sirius Group, and I'm joined this morning by Alistair Marks, who is the Chief Financial Officer of the group, together with Diarmuid Kelly, our Group FD. Together, we will take you through this morning's presentation.
Before we do that, maybe I can explain that we have today, made an announcement about a U.K. acquisition and fundraising transaction, taking place today. And due to regulations, I am unable to comment further. However, once the acquisition is completed, later in November, we will be hosting a series of investor calls to ensure everybody has the opportunity of being fully informed about this transaction.
