Thank you all for being here. I appreciate it. My name is Alan Stewart. I'm the CFO of SoundThinking, Inc. I was going to remember that because we literally just changed the name. Many of you may have known us as a ShotSpotter until April 10, so just a couple of weeks ago.
So first slide. As you know, I am going to be covering some forward-looking statements in the presentation so make sure that you look at our SEC documents. We filed our 10-K. You can even go back and look at our S-1 as well. We'll have our 10-Q filed as well in a couple of weeks.
So for those of you who know or don't know about ShotSpotter, how many -- since there's only a couple of you, how many of you already know a little bit about ShotSpotter?
Yes, you do. I talked a little bit earlier; that's great. So most of you then, I guess, were relatively new. So I'm going to cover some things. And just to give you an overview of what the company is, what it does, why we're here, and we're really interested in talking about what we do.
