Good morning, everyone. My name is Rob Morelli. I'd like to welcome you to the 18th Annual Needham Media & Technology Conference. I work on the research side under Scott Berg. Today, I'd like to welcome SoundThinking and the CFO, Alan Stewart, who will be providing a brief presentation and then we will be opening the floor to Q&A.

Great. Thank you very much and thank you all for being here today. Really appreciate it. So it's a little odd for me starting with the name SoundThinking. For those of you who know, we just changed the name last month from -- it used to be ShotSpotter. So we're really happy about that. We've been working on that for about six to nine months before it actually happened. So for many reasons, but I think most of you will know or we'll talk about it as we get along.
