Thank you. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. I would like to welcome all of you to this Annual and Special Meeting of the holders of common shares of Converge Technology Solutions Corp. My name is Shaun Maine, and I'm the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Converge. This meeting of Converge shareholders is called pursuant to the notice of Annual and Special Meeting, dated September 9, 2020. This year, to proactively deal with the unprecedented public health impact of COVID-19 and to mitigate risks to the health and safety of our communities, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders, the meeting is being held as a completely virtual meeting via teleconference.
