Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I would like to welcome you all to this Annual General Meeting of the Holders of Common Shares of Converge Technology Solutions Corp. My name is Shaun Maine, and I am the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Converge.
This meeting of Converge shareholders is called pursuant to the notice of meeting dated May 20, 2021. This year, to proactively deal with the ongoing public health impact of COVID-19 and to mitigate risks to the health and safety of our communities, shareholders, employees and other stakeholders, the meeting is being held as a completely virtual meeting via teleconference.
