So the web meeting is now ready to start. I'm in charge of strategy and communication at Cogeco and Cogeco Inc. Welcome to these extraordinary shareholder meeting this year because of the pandemic, which is continuing. We will be holding our meetings in a virtual manner. These will take place in French, simultaneous interpretation in English is available, as you are probably aware. As we did last year, we're using the Lumi platform, a leader in shareholder meeting.
When you connect to Lumi, it's important to connect with the unique number that was sent to you on your proxy form. This gives you the right to be recognized as a shareholder or a proxyholder. And it allows you to ask your question via chat. This number is valid for both companies if you are a shareholder of both.
