Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Marie-Helene Labrie, and I'm first Senior VP, Public Affairs and Communications at Cogeco and Cogeco Communications Inc. And I wish you a warm welcome to our General Annual Meeting. Given that gatherings are again permitted, we have decided to hold our Annual Meeting in-person. So I'm very happy to greet you here in-person. Given that we are in Montreal, the meetings of our 2 companies will be mainly in French, mainly in French. Our presentations will be bilingual.
