Good morning, everyone, and thank you for joining us. We're going to start our discussion now with Discover. We're very excited to be sitting down with Dan Capozzi, the President of Discover's U.S. card business. The investment community hears frequently from Roger Hochschild and John Greene, but we have not heard previously from Dan. So welcome, Dan. It would be great if you could kick us off by telling us a little bit more about your background and some of the other roles you've held during your last, roughly, 15 years working at Discover prior to becoming the President of the U.S. Card Business.
