Champion Iron Ltd Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Gentlemen, my name is Michael O'Keeffe, and I'm Executive Chairman of Champion Iron Limited, and I will be serving as the Chair of today's meeting. It's now 8 a.m. in Sydney and 6 p.m. in Montréal. I welcome you to the 2020 Annual General Meeting of the company. I'm advised that we have a quorum being 2 registered shareholders. And as such, I now declare the Annual General Meeting open.
It's interesting times that we have as we have our management and directors spread between Canada and Australia, but they're times we have to live with. Joining me today via the Lumi webcast are the directors, including Mr. David Cataford, our Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Andrew Love, who's in Australia, our Lead Director; Mr. Gary Lawler; Mr. Wayne Wouters, who's in Canada; and Ms. Michelle Cormier; as well as Ms. Louise Grondin, who is a Director Nominee.
