Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Andrew Love, and I'm the Lead Director of Champion Iron Limited, and I'll be serving as Chair of today's meeting. Now 8 a.m. in Sydney and 6:00 p.m. in Montreal, and I welcome you to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of the company. I'm advised that we have a quorum being 2 registered shareholders. And as such, I now declare the Annual General Meeting open.
