We have Mark McHugh from -- CFO of Rayonier. Rayonier is a leading timber REIT owning roughly 2.6 million acres of timberlands in the U.S. South, Pacific Northwest and New Zealand. Mark was named CFO in 2014. Prior to that, he was the Managing Director of Raymond James' Real Estate Investment Banking Group focused on timberland and REIT sectors.
So with that, I'll turn it over to Mark for maybe quick introductory comments.
Yes, sure. Just a quick snapshot on Rayonier, and then we can turn it over to Q&A.
Like Anthony said, Rayonier is -- we're the second-largest timber REIT, there are only 4 timber REITs in total. We own 2.6 million acres in the U.S. South, Pacific Northwest and New Zealand. That's broken up roughly 1.8 million acres in the south and just under 400,000 acres in the Northwest, just over 400,000 acres in New Zealand. So the
