Good morning, fellow shareholders, and welcome to the 2019 annual meeting of the Bank of Montréal. Thank you for coming. We appreciate your interest and your presence today. My name is Robert Prichard, and I have the honor of serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors and I call this meeting to order.
We're meeting again this year at BMO's Institute for Learning as we celebrate the 25th anniversary of the founding of the Institute. The Institute is the centerpiece of the Bank's commitment to continuing education, advance leadership development and enabling innovation. The bank needs to evolve continually to make our customers' banking experiences more personal and intuitive and to meet their expectations. Education is at the heart of this evolution. The Institute was built for everyone, who works at BMO, and we're proud to showcase our commitment to them.
