Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. My name is John Manley. I'm Chair of CAE's Board of Directors. On behalf of the Board and CAE's management team, it's my pleasure to welcome you to the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.
As you know, again, this year, the meeting is held in a virtual format. The safety and well-being of our employees, contractors, customers, communities and stakeholders is one of the reasons we are conducting this meeting virtually via live webcast. This format allows shareholders and appointed proxy holders regardless of their geographic location to attend, participate in real time and vote at the meeting online through a web-based platform. Guests are also welcome to attend and listen to the meeting.
