Canadian Western Bank Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good afternoon, and welcome to Canadian Western Bank's Annual Meeting of Common Shareholders. My name is Robert Phillips, and I am speaking to you today from Vancouver, British Columbia. And I have the privilege to serve as the Chair of the Board of Directors of CWB. Although we are disappointed that we cannot be physically together today. We do look forward to engaging with you in this virtual forum for our annual meeting.
We will begin the formal portion of our meeting by voting on the matters included in the management proxy circular provided to all of our shareholders. Today, you will vote to appoint the auditors, to elect the directors and on the advisory resolution respecting executive compensation.
Following the conclusion of the formal business of the meeting, Chris Fowler, our President and Chief Executive Officer, will make a presentation, followed by a question-and-answer session.
