It's my pleasure to host, Chuck Magro, CEO of Nutrien, for the next presentation. Chuck's been with the Nutrien and the formerly Agrium for about 10 years. He had a variety of roles. He was on operation, finance and then became CEO of Nutrien -- well formerly Agrium. Previously, he had a very long and productive career at Nova Chemicals. It's a pleasure to have you here Chuck.
