All right. So I think we're ready to begin. I'm Adam Samuelson. I'm the agribusiness analyst here at Goldman Sachs. We're very happy to have Nutrien here with us today. Nutrien's Chuck Magro, their President and Chief Executive Officer. Chuck has, I think, got brief opening remarks, and then I think we're just going to go right in the fireside chat. Okay. Thanks, Adam. Hi, everyone. Yes, so I'll be quite brief.
Last week, we released our first quarter earnings. And even though we were up 20% compared to the first quarter of 2018, and that was really driven by higher potash prices and more realization from our synergies because of the merger, we were still below where we thought we would be, and that's really because of weather.
