So why Seabridge? Well, three things that I can list very quickly. One is the unparalleled leverage we have to rising gold market. We have a 21-year track record showing significant outperformance in our shares relative to the gold price and other gold equities.
Second, we own 100% of the world's largest undeveloped gold project as measured by gold reserves. And this project has also gone through the environmental assessment process with permits in hand. And then on top of that, tremendous capital efficiency in terms of the economics we can showcase for KSM.
