(audio already in progress) -- having several North American gold projects. Its primary flagship asset is one of the largest copper/gold play, KSM, located in British Columbia. To speak to us today about Seabridge, we have company Co-Founder and CEO, Rudi Fronk. Rudi, it's great to have you here.
Thanks, Raj, and thanks for BMO for inviting us back to the conference. This has been a very busy week for Seabridge. Early in the week, we announced a USD225 million financing with both Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan and Sprott royalties that will allow us to advance substantial start activities at KSM, which will ensure that our permits are good for the life of the project.
And then secondly, yesterday, we announced an agreement with BC Hydro that they'll start constructing facilities that will bring low cost hydropower to the project, not just for operation of the project, but also for construction activities.
