Hello and welcome to the Annual and Special Meeting of Stockholders of Sierra Metals 2020. Please note that today's meeting is being recorded.
It is now my pleasure to turn the meeting -- today's meeting over to Alberto Arias, Chairman of the Board of Directors. The floor is yours.
Thank you. Good morning. The annual and special meeting of shareholders of Sierra Metals will now come to order. My name is Alberto Arias. I am the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the corporation. In accordance with the Corporation's bylaws, I will preside as Chairman of the meeting; and Jill Neff, the corporation's Secretary will act as the secretary of the meeting.
Before commencing the formal business of the meeting, given this meeting is being held virtually to deal with the unprecedented public health impacts of COVID-19, I would like to set out a few rules for its orderly conduct.
