It is now my pleasure to turn today's meeting over to Jose Vizquerra, Chairman of Sierra Metals Inc. The floor is yours.
Good afternoon. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Sierra Metals will now come to order. My name is Jose Vizquerra, and I am the Chair of the Board of Directors of the corporation. In accordance with the corporation's bylaw, I will preside as Chair of the meeting; and Ed Guimaraes, the corporation -- Interim Corporate Secretary, will act as Secretary of the meeting.
Given the virtual format of the meeting, in the event of technical issues with either myself or Mr. Guimaraes, Luis Marchese will step in for me to act as Chair; and Steven Dean, will step in for Mr. Guimaraes to act as secretary as applicable.
