Thank you. Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon, and welcome to the 2021 Annual and Special Meeting of the Shareholders of Superior Plus Corp. I'm David Smith, and as Chair of the Board of Directors of Superior Plus, it is my responsibility and privilege to act as chair of this Annual General and Special Meeting.
In these unprecedented times, the health and well-being of our shareholders, employees and customers continues to be our top priority. In support of ongoing public health efforts to manage COVID-19, we are holding this year's meeting virtually again. However, it is important to us that we meet in person with our shareholders, and we intend to resume our in-person Annual General Meeting
