Thank you. Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon, and welcome to the 2022 Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of Superior Plus Corp. I am David Smith. And as Chair of the Board of Directors of Superior Plus, it is my responsibility and privilege to act as Chair of this Annual General Meeting.
In these unprecedented times, the health and well-being of our shareholders, employees and customers continues to be our top priority. In support of ongoing public health efforts to manage COVID-19, we are holding this meeting virtually again this year.
