Thank you for being here. Our next presentation comes from Defiance Silver Corp. And with us today are Chris Wright, Executive Chairman & CEO; and Douglas Cavey, who is a Technical Director of Defiance Silver. Gentlemen, please tell us about Defiance.
Good morning, Jacob. Thanks for having us and thank, everyone, for joining. Defiance Silver is a Mexican-focused exploration company. We have two standalone projects. One is our San Acacio Silver Asset located in Zacatecas. And the other is our Tepal Gold-Copper Asset located southwest of Guadalajara and Michoacán.
Quickly, a little summary on the cap structure of the company. We have approximately 185 million shares outstanding. We trade on the Toronto Venture Exchange under the symbol DEF. Current market cap somewhere in the neighborhood of about $115 million, and we have about $10 million in cash.
