Good morning, and welcome to the 2022 Annual Stockholders Meeting of UNITY Biotechnology. I'm Anirvan Ghosh, Chief Executive Officer of UNITY. It is my pleasure to welcome you here today for this meeting. As announced in April, we decided to hold our annual meeting virtually due to travel difficulties and uncertainties associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, which are continuing to evolve. As is our custom, we'll conduct the business portion of our meeting first and answer questions at the end of the meeting. Though we may not be able to answer every question, we will do our best to provide a response to as many as possible, and we'll answer any unanswered questions on our corporate website shortly after the meeting.
