Thank you. Good morning, and welcome to the 2023 Annual Stockholders' Meeting of UNITY Biotechnology. I am Anirvan Ghosh, Chief Executive Officer of UNITY. It is my pleasure to welcome you here today for this meeting.
As announced in April, we decided to hold our annual meeting virtually to provide ease of access, real-time communication, and cost savings for our stockholders and our company. As is our custom, we will conduct the business portion of our meeting first, and answer questions at the end of the meeting. Though we may not be able to answer every question, we will do our best to provide a response to as many as possible, and we'll address any unanswered questions on our corporate website shortly after the meeting.
