Okay. So if everybody can take their seats, we're going to get started. I'd like to welcome our next panelist, which are Chairman and CEO of USB, Andy Cecere, and CFO, Terry Dolan. I think USB needs little introduction. It's obviously had very, very good and very consistent performance over the years. Between Andy and Terry, they have almost 6 decades of experience at USB. And since Andy's been the CEO that the return on equity has averaged 500 to 600 basis points above the industry average.
