Good afternoon, everybody. Welcome today to our DRIVE forum here in Berlin. My name is Helen Beckermann, I'm the Group Head of Investor Relations. Yes, it's actually very fitting that we're doing this event today, because outside there are hundreds and thousands of people demonstrating what ride is for future, which really -- you can see the movement and the importance of ESG. And then building the bridge to our company and our organization, ESG is really, really growing in importance, and it became fully integrated in all our decision making. And we're very happy today to have key speakers here, who will give you an update on our focus areas, and we have plenty of time for Q&A. So really we'll open -- be very open to a good dialogue and plenty of Q&A.
