Great. Well, we'll get started with the next fireside presentation with Valmont Industries, ticker is V as is in Victor, MI. Really glad to have the management team here, Stephen Kaniewski, President and CEO; and Avner Applbaum, Executive Vice President and CFO.
I think especially as a manufacturer, Steve and Avner, I'd love to just start with the sort of the conversation about supply chain. You guys just like others who have had to tackle this in the market. And I guess the question I have is as you think about the broader organization, all the divisions and markets you're in, where do you see the company in that sort of discussion of the supply chain today?
Are you at the back end of those challenges? Are you continuing to face sort of new related issues? And I guess what's this meant for pricing for you at the end of the day?
