Greetings, and welcome to Valmont's 2023 Annual Shareholders Meeting. (Operator Instructions) As a reminder, this conference is being recorded. I would now like to turn the call over to Chairman, Mogens Bay. Thank you. You may begin.
Good morning, and it is my pleasure to welcome you to our Annual Meeting. Today's meeting, as you have seen, is being audio webcast to our shareholders and will be made available for replay at our website, valmont.com. We have 4 proposals that are outlined in Valmont's proxy statement to be voted upon at this meeting, and we will then announce the results.
All Valmont directors are present at today's meeting, and this is Ambassador [Randt's] last meeting. He is retiring from Valmont's Board after 14 years of service.
