Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining us today. Pleased to have Voya with us. Today, we have Matt Toms, Global Chief Investment Officer of Voya Investment Management as well as Mike Katz, Executive Vice President of Finance. So really happy to have Voya on the line with us today. We're just going to be discussing investment portfolios, primarily commercial real estate and trying to get a handle on sort of the latest in that subsector. So Matt, maybe just to kick it off here today, I would be sort of curious if you had sort of a brief recap, maybe an update on your investments in commercial real estate, specifically office, which is getting a lot of attention and maybe any actions that you've taken or have taken given the challenges there.
