Perfect. Good afternoon, everyone. My name is Amit Daryanani. The IT, hardware and networking analyst here at Evercore. Delighted to have with us Vertiv here for our next fireside chat. And from Vertiv, we have David Fallon, the Chief Financial Officer; and Gary Niederpruem, the Chief Strategy and Development Officer, with us today. We will keep the fireside chat around 30, 35 minutes. I'm going to spend the first 20, 25 minutes, start with going through some of the questions I have prepared for them.
