Gio, actually started at the predecessor company when it was -- back when it was Emerson Electric in 1999. He was running a plant. He worked his way up. By 2016, he was the President of EMEA. He did such a great job running EMEA that in 2022, they made him President of Americas, and then obviously, he took over as CEO earlier in the year. Thanks for coming. We're delighted to have you.
