Good morning and welcome to NVIDIA's 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. I'm Simona Jankowski, Vice President of Investor Relations. We are excited to host the fully virtual annual meeting again this year.

Other members of NVIDIA's management who are present with me today are Jen-Hsun Huang, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director; Colette Kress, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; and Tim Teter, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary.
