Thank you, and good evening. I'm Blake Moret, Chairman of the Rockwell Automation Board. It is my pleasure to welcome you to our 2021 Annual Meeting of Shareowners.

I'm joined today on the call by Steve Etzel, our Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; and Becky House, our Senior Vice President, Chief People and Legal Officer and Secretary. Our Board members are present on the call.

I would like to begin by introducing the 5 nominees for election to our Board of Directors: William Gipson, William is the retired President Enterprise Packaging Transformation and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer of Procter & Gamble. William joined our Board in November and serves on the Audit and Technology committees; Phillip Holloman. Phillip is the retired President and Chief Operating Officer of Cintas Corporation.
