Perfect. Well, I think we're ready to begin. My name is Julian Mitchell. Thanks, everyone, for joining us for the 38th Barclays Industrial Select Conference. It's my pleasure to introduce now Blake Moret, Chairman and CEO of Rockwell Automation; and also a breaking announcement regarding Nick Gangestad, new CFO.
