Welcome to the 2020 Annual Meeting for Tilray, Inc. Our host for today's call is Brendan Kennedy, CEO. (Operator Instructions) I will now turn the call over to your host, Mr. Kennedy. You may begin, sir.
Welcome to Tilray's Annual Meeting of stockholders, our second as a public company and first, then, virtually. I want to thank you for joining us today and sincerely hope you and your families are safe and healthy. My name is Brendan Kennedy, Tilray's CEO.
