Okay. Good morning and welcome. My name is David Begleiter of Deutsche Bank's U.S. chemicals team, and welcome to the 10th Annual Deutsche Bank Global Industrials & Materials Summit. Leading off today is the Westlake Chemical team led by CEO Albert Chao and CFO Steve Bender. Albert and Steve have some slides to go through, we'll go through that and we'll go to the Q&A portion of the presentation.

David, thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you for coming today. And if you don't mind, we'll do it sitting down rather than standing up.

Westlake is materials' company focused on the olefins and the vinyls businesses. You can see the box. Our olefins business, which is the green color, is -- the EBITDA is about 30% of our earnings and the vinyls business is about 70%. And the sales is about 75% of our business is vinyls
