Hi. Good morning. My name is Eric Petrie. I'm Citi's SMID chemicals analyst. And our next presentation will be from Westlake, and we have Albert Chao, who has been CEO of Westlake since 2004 and its Co-Founder. We also have CFO, Steve Bender, who joined a year later in 2005. And Westlake has been very busy lately doing bolt-on acquisitions, expanding into the building products business as well as getting into a new chlorine envelope into epoxies.
