Banco Santander SA Annual Shareholders Meeting Transcript
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, shareholders. The Ordinary General Shareholders' Meeting of Banco Santander, called pursuant to law and the bylaws, is going to begin. The official announcement of the call to meeting was published on 19 February on the website of the National Securities Market Commission and on the bank's corporate website, www.santander.com, where it has been published until today as well as in the Official Gazette of the Commercial Registry and in the newspaper, El Diario Montañés.
The full text of the announcement of the call to meeting is also available to you at the shareholder office and at the notary's desk. Remote attendees can view it in the software application to which they are connected.
